Orders are shipped from South Australia and will be delivered by Australia Post.
Box contents are subject to change and may vary to give members a broader range to experience.
Box value will always be a minimum of $400 AUD RRP each, boxes will be sent within the first 30 days from sign up. For 12 month subscribers, a second box will be sent at the 6 month mark.
Subscription boxes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g. supplier delays, courier issues). We’ll do our best to keep you informed.
If your shipping details change, it is your responsibility to update them via your account prior to the scheduled dispatch window.
